Baby showers are so special to me. A woman embarking on a new journey and her community showing out for her is such a sight to see. This go around, we decided to be a bit of a rule breaker. Which meant no baby shower games. Instead, our mama wanted something creative, sustainable, and unforgettable for her guests. We figured that a candle workshop would be the perfect addition to the day. The table was my favorite focal point of this event, as the placemats were made of 100% marble. The guests had the option to choose between two signature scents. The vessels for the candles were composed of cement and hand painted to fit the event theme (brown, white, and blue). Completing the overall table design was an extended mossy centerpiece, fresh and dried blooms, and taper candles. One word to describe this event design — ENCHANTED!
